Wonderful

Very nice personell from housekeeping, hotel technicians, reception, waitors, barmen....

The only minus was even though I 4x reported problem with door lock on my room, no effective action was made by the hotel to resolve the problem. Until last day of my stay I had to double check if the room is locked properly. Many times the lock simply opened the door to my room without the room card. Double check your room x20 always for to be locked when leaving to be sure.

We enjoyed it

The rooms are nice and big, food is diverse and good, it’s clean, the hotel smells very good, staff id very chill and polite, very good location, iron and ironing board in the room, free parking on the street around the hotel.

It has just been renovated, but some of the furniture seems worn down. Also, the windows are a bit thin, a couple of times I had to get up with the intention of closing the windows because I thought they were open because the cars were so loud. We were facing the street and sometimes it could get a bit noise.

The hotel lobby was lovely. Dining buffet was nice. Staff in dining room were excellent Pools were lovely. Plenty of sun loungers except they were too close together.

One of the older male staff on reception desk was very rude. Would ignore you while you stood waiting on attention. The sofa bed was terrible, it creaked and very thin mattress. Not acceptable. When paying full price as there was 3 Adults in the room, There was an ashtray full of cigarette butt's on balcony there was also smell of smoke in hotel room. We informed reception. They did not remove on 1st day and had to say to reception again before they removed it. Not satisfactory.

Apart from the few issues, I loved my stay and highly recommend for adults and families alike.

This property is very nice since the refurb, the decor is amazing. there is a wonderful calming fragrance as soon as you walk through the door. The staff were amazing and helpful, and also gave me a bottle of bubbly as I was celebrating my birthday. The room was throughly cleaned daily, floor was mopped and fresh towels given. food was good and varied. I loved the rooftop terrace also. I visited the spa and had a treat which was amazing! I have already recommended this to friends and family.

The sofa bed was a little dirty, the tv had no English channels, and it was impossible to get a space by the pool as people were putting towels down to reserve beds even though the rules say you shouldn’t. I also would’ve preferred a higher room. Mine was a low floor in the corner with no sun at all.

Rooms were modern and very comfortable. Food was acceptable. Staff was really very nice.

Wonderful

Great staff, always smiling and willing to help in any way. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food was what to expect from a buffet restaurant. Location is good swimming pools and kids entertainment excellent every day. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

Almost no TV channels in English. But who needs TV on Tenerife

Comfortable and very adequate giving us a very enjoyable holiday.

Staff helpful and polite Food very good. With good selection.

Towels put on sunbeds at 6.30 to reserve them by some guests and pools not open until 10.00.

Nice and superb staff but with some negative details

We decided to give a mixed review for this hotel. First we want to highlight some very positive aspects: - the staff is superbly friendly, helpful, and quick to attend e.g. when our door had a technical failure. They helped us with information about outside trips, and we appreciated their friendly and warm demeanor. They always had a smile to spare even when it got hectic. - along with the staff, the animation team also did a wonderful job. The hotel offers different activities throughout the day even though the hotel was only about half-full, and we especially recommend the mojito workshop! The shows and game nights were a nice finish of our days where you could win eg spa vouchers. We also enjoyed the functional training classes held once a day and the other sports activities. - although we didn‘t go in, the pool seemed very clean and the area around it was always well-maintained. - our room was very big with a separate living room and a little garden. -the buffet area was clean and the food was generally good. There is always fresh fish and a large salad buffet available. - the location is very good, with a short walk to the besch and an inexpensive parking nearby (10€ for 3 days). The hotel has its own parking at 12€ a day. - there‘s a small gym with a variety of strength and cardio machines which we enjoyed. - the rooftop bar is awesome! - we liked their green room program where you can decide to suspend you room cleaning for 2 days in exchange for a free cocktail (although this didn‘t work throughout as on the second day, someone cleaned our room, anyways). - the general areas of the establishment are well-maintained, elegant, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the the greenery everywhere. There are also several sitting areas and bars. - the barkeepers do a great job and prepare very good cocktails (although the alcohol itself that they use for the standard cocktails is not very high-quality, but as to be expected in a hotel with an all-inclusive option).

Although we generally enjoyed our stay, we have also noted some things that we felt did not keep up with the standard of a 4 star hotel: - the materials used in the room are partly cheap, badly maintained and partly broken. Our showerhead looked horrible, was completely full of lime (both showerheads), was loosening, and the knob to change between showerheads needed so much force I couldn‘t turn it by myself. The toilet paper holder and small makeup mirror were also loose. Some lamps didn’t work. These things could easily be fixed by a better maintenance. Then, there’s bigger issues. In the shower, the water stays standing so it seems a construction error. Some of the tiles of the laminate floor were crooked and wavey so that they stuck out (maybe they got flooded?) so we often stumbled on the edges. This is downright dangerous! The two single beds easily move so you slip between the beds. - there‘s a safe in the room that‘s useless as you need the bolt at 3€ per day. This is something that should be included in a 4 star hotel and seems cheap from the hotel. - the gym was not regularly cleaned as could be seen by the footprints of dirty shoes on the mats. They should remind people of gym etiquette and provide equipment to self-clean, or clean the gym daily by the cleaning team. - the food, although good, lacked variety. We were glad to only have booked half-board, as food started to be repetitive after the second day. Aprt from the salad buffet and dessert, there were not many vegetarian and vegan options. The desserts were pretty much all cream-based and lacked taste. Although we saw some things being reused the next day, which we appreciated, there‘s always a lot of food waste at these types of buffets.

Would I stay again? Yes absolutely.

Excellent location. Modern. Lovely garden room on ground floor with astroturf and nice sunny room which I asked for. Recognised my birthday and left cake cava and chocolates in the room on the day when we came back in. Reception staff very pleasant especially Joel Nunez Bello who was very helpful with sorting out and printing our boarding passes. Nice welcome drink on arrival.

No little milk jiggers every day so had to buy a bottle. No inside entertainment area so abit cold for winter sun to sit outside. Everyone had coats on. Ordering of drinks if you’re not all inclusive in the restaurant is chaotic to say the least

Nice location

The location of the hotel is very good

The pool was not warmed, not warm enough not even in the kids pool. We asked about the entertainment for kids, we were told it will be at 15 and then nothing happened. The music during the night entertainment is too loud taking in consideration that is in the family wing, kids sleep early.

Great Choice

Very nice hotel, staff were very friendly and accommodating, we went all inclusive, great selection for breakfast and lunch, we didn’t avail of evening meal. It was my birthday when we were their and the hotel left a bottle of cava and a slice of cake, nice touch. Would definitely recommend

Great value for money, great place to spend your holidays

We were greeted with a big smile and the staff was always helpful. The hotel is very well positioned very near to Playa de Fanabe and also to shops and many other facilities. Good variety of breakfast and dinner buffet.

We had some minor issues with the shower head but these were solved promptly. Just a bit more attention to dusting the rooms would be great (but nothing to be seriously concerned about).

In general it’s ok, the Island is perfect, so we didn’t stay much in the hotel:)

The location is amazing, the hotel is located on the bus stop and you can reach whatever you want, 2 min walk to the beach, everything is in the area (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, 2 huge shopping centers).

Rooms are old, we had a problem with the floor surface, it was broken and with kid it’s dangerous to damage the foot. Couple cockroaches during the stay. Rooms were not cleaned properly. I had a food poisoning in the restaurant…
